The Tom Taylor Agency will not be liable for any misprints, incorrectly posted information, or price adjustments of the properties, etc. It is the property owner's responsibility to verify all information and email links for accuracy.

Disputes over technical problems, viewer capability, etc are not the responsibility of The Tom Taylor Agency. If your pc is incapable (or not properly setup) to view any part of the site, or the clarity is lacking for sake of software, or other problems, the responsibility falls on the owner to acquire the necessary plug-ins, technical support, software, etc.

The Tom Taylor Agency reserves the right to enforce restrictions on it's clients who break the verbal agreement of any and all specials, discounts, and so forth. If the client does not comply with the conditions that apply to any/all of the specials, discounts, and so forth, The Tom Taylor Agency reserves the right to pull the listing and seek compensation for the lack of the clients participation of the agreement. The client agrees to not continue the advertisement in order to draw further potential sales towards other properties not advertised with The Tom Taylor Agency.

The Tom Taylor Agency reserves the right to refuse service as it sees fit.

No misuse of this information will be tolerated. Spamming or soliciting will not be tolerated and will be viewed as harassment and will be reported. Any violation of these terms can, and will lead to termination of the advertisement and be reported to the appropriate authorities.

All costs related to the terminated listing indicated will be accountable for by the client as well as any financial costs The Tom Taylor Agency may encounter as a result of the violation.
